Our client is looking for a compassionate, service-oriented, experienced and caring Optometrist to join their expanding eyecare practice. The ideal candidate is a team player who values candid team collaboration, adheres to a personal and professional commitment to excellence and is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care in their field and/or specialty.

Their clinic has an outstanding team of caring and dedicated individuals and offer a fun yet professional environment providing exceptional eyecare. They are located in Western North Carolina, in the beautiful mountain town of Asheville, NC. They are known for our fun-loving team, innovative eyecare and eyewear and have been locally owned and operated in Asheville for over 16 years.

Our client is equipped with Optomap retinal imaging, OCT, topography, visual fields, macular pigment density testing, OptiLIGHT, OptiPLUS and Lipiscan, Firefly. They continue to grow their treatments for dry eye and aesthetics clinics as well as other diagnostic treatments. We are very interested in bringing in a specialty focus to the practice. Our ideal Optometrist would possess the following qualities/background:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as an Optometrist.
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to network with the community to assist building a patient base.

What We Offer:

• $135,000 to $150,000 base salary
• Potential to earn 175,000 with production.
