We have a new client that is a startup Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Maintenance company in Columbus, OH. They have grown very well within their first year of business and are now looking to add a Commercial Account Manager to close new business within the Greater Columbus, OH area. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new company that was opened by an owner who has started and grown several successful business in the past 10-15 years.

Requirements:

• Ability to successfully thrive making cold calls and going door to door to new businesses, present the company's value and close on contracts
• Possess strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Self-starter with enough creativity and flexibility to generate and target businesses in the area
• Utilize our database to email and call a list of companies to find out if they use janitorial services and also identify the key decision maker
• Use LinkedIn, Google Maps and other tools to find potential businesses
• Contact qualified leads in order to get on bid lists or to schedule a free quote

What We Offer:

• $50,000 - $60,000 starting salary 4% commission on contracts closed
• Expense Card provided & Paid Time Off
