Administrative Aide- Environmental Health

SALARY : $3,447.00 / Month- Plus Excellent Benefits

Description :

Provides general administrative support and assistance to UCo Health Team and in support of the Environmental Health Program and other UCo Health functions.

Requirements :

Minimum Requirements :

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge and have at least two (2) years' experience in all aspects of program support, secretarial and clerical functions including a thorough knowledge of office equipment such as;

photocopying machines, computers, data or word processor and facsimile machines.

• Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, tactful manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good organizational skills.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Associates degree or higher
• Experience working in a clinic setting
• Bilingual Spanish
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
