- Analyse and set personal and team performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction and overall revenue for self, company and clients.
- Learn and retain multiple product knowledge.
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers within our retail partners.
- Identify opportunities for business development and sales growth
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree not required.
- A drive to succeed.
