Description
The Human Resources Intern is a temporary position within the Human Resources team that will be responsible for administering a job catalog project from start to finish that will set the groundwork for important future Human Resources initiatives. The ideal candidate can expect to gain valuable experience in communicating with department leaders, developing strong organizational and project management skills, and navigating HR systems.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resources Intern will partner with R&D interns to coordinate a community service and/or company engagement event to gain leadership and project management experience.
This role may oversee organizing the electronic filing system and general data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be a current or recently graduated student with a degree in Human Resources or a closely related field looking to gain experience in general Human Resources.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Coursework in Human Resources required. Progression towards/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field strongly preferred.
