Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

- Prepare and process invoices, checks, and other financial documents

- Assist with credit analysis and review customer accounts for payment discrepancies

- Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and up to date

- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information

- Prepare bills for work performed

-Assist with payroll processing as well as certified payroll requests

Skills:

- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $18.54 - $22.00 per hour
