TCC is Hiring a Sales and Customer Service Specialist Near Oxford, AL
We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team. You will be at the forefront of our growth, forging meaningful connections with businesses across various industries. This role offers a dynamic blend of sales and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Investigate and expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including production, R & D, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional service.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Occasional travel required
