Job Scope

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position will provide lead coverage for all international sales administration and domestic diagnostics sales administration activities, as well as coverage for domestic rehab quotations and special projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales quotes for US field sales representatives and international distributors and customers as requested.
• Address incoming messages and calls through the company’s website, phone line and email from customers & prospects.
• Call customers in assigned sales territories to gather information. Maintain accurate customer database in the company’s CRM system for sales administration and sales activities.
• Other Sales Administration duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent or 2-3 years job-related experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proficiency or demonstrated experience with CRM software.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent phone skills.
• Ability to think critically and logically.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately prepare customer-facing documents and communications.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well independently and within a team environment.

Work Environment

The Sales Coordinator will work primarily indoors in an office environment
