Rust Automation & Controls, a family-owned business since 1976, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Analyzer Sales Engineer for our Rocky Mountain West (RMW) territory. We specialize in providing industrial automation equipment and solutions, covering over 2 million square miles in the Western half of the United States. As an Analyzer Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing of our analyzer products, while building and maintaining relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the RMW territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and target customers.
• Drive sales of our analyzer products and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and create sales plans.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage a robust CRM database with accounts, contacts, and active opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial analyzers and related products.
• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in industrial and municipal sales for liquid or gas analyzers is strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field or 3 years of experience in sales and/or service in a related industry/company.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic PC skills and ability to utilize various software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to access customer equipment which may involve physical activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
