Your pivotal responsibilities will include:

1. Assist patients with day-to-day activities such as personal hygiene tasks like bathing and dressing
2. Provide fundamental health services such as monitoring vital signs, administering medication as directed, and serving meals
3. Participate in recreational and educational activities conducive to the patient's well-being 
4. Assist in the development and implementation of patients’ personalized care plans
5. Ensure the safety and tidiness of patients' rooms to meet health standards
6. Communicate diligently with other healthcare professionals about patients’ conditions and progress

To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

1. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
2. Must be at least 18 and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
3. Current certification as a CNA in Oregon is mandatory.
4. Proven experience in a similar healthcare role is required.
5. Comprehensive understanding of nursing care methods and procedures.
6. Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and exceptional bedside manner.
7. Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
8. Ability to stand for extended periods and possess the physical capacity to lift or move patients.
