We are currently seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants who are dedicated and qualified to join our team in providing exceptional care services to our residents. The ideal candidate should possess the qualities of a quick learner, compassion, and a profound understanding of healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and uphold the dignity of each resident.
• Provide services in compliance with the individual service plan for customers.
• Administer medication(s) and complete all necessary documentation.
• Create an environment that values the client's privacy and property.
• Carry out errands, light housework, or transportation as required.
• Supervise, assist, or provide bathing and showering services.
• Monitor and control medication intake for residents.
• Prepare meals, purchase groceries, and offer aid with daily tasks as necessary.
• Assist clients with ambulation and transfers.
• Provide assistance with daily tasks while promoting independence and self-care.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proof of COVID vaccination required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Flexible schedule
