Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set encompassing property management and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Deep cleaning and organizing house (closets, rooms, cabinets, drawers, etc)
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and all systems are in working order
- Supervise housekeeping duties with vendor to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as necessary or coordinate with appropriate service providers

- Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment

- Monitor usage of supplies and reorder as needed

- Keep track of warranties and service contracts for household appliances and systems

- Be available to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours

- Coordinate emergency repairs and services as needed

- Communicate regularly with the homeowner to provide updates on the status of the property and any maintenance issues

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field preferred

- Basic knowledge of household maintenance and repair tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to meet the homeowner's needs
- Proficiency in housekeeping management for maintaining cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $500.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
