Niche is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper Near New Bedford, MA
- We are currently looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to work for our mill complex and manufacturing company in New Bedford, MA. The position is 32 - 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the accounts receivable & payable
- General office duties
- Payroll and human resource functions, including processing weekly payroll and new hires
- Accurately record invoices and payments in QuickBooks
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player to work both independently and in a group
- Handle matters confidentially
- Accurate filing and maintenance of documents
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Accounting degree or experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
