About The Role

We are looking for a driven and highly-collaborative Digital Strategist to partner with our K12 sales team in strategizing and selling Niche Enrollment Marketing services You will work with new and existing business, Partnership Executives (PEs) and Partnership Managers(PMs), to identify opportunities, prepare, present, sell and retain Niche partnerships, comprised primarily of digital marketing products and services. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of common advertising platforms and reporting tools (i.e. Google, Facebook, Google Analytics, ), as well as, client facing sales experiences. This role will report to the Lead Digital Strategist.

What You Will Do

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
  • Work with members of the Sales team to begin to understand our users, our clients, the industry, and our direct sales organization
  • Through sales training, learn about foundational Niche products and processes
  • Shadow your Manager & Partnership Managers to learn our sales process and the nuances of sales objections and expansion opportunities with current partners
  • Learn the basics of Salesforce from a Niche perspective

Within 3-6 Months:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our sales organization and how different teams work
  • Begin independently connecting with PMs and joining them on client calls
  • Begin proactively diving into client health via reports and analytics to support reps
  • Start to co-present, demo and ultimately lead Digital Ad portions of a PM sales call
  • Begin to learn the ins and outs of K-12 and college enrollment marketing, digital advertising, and how we drive value for our clients—do some self-guided research and present your findings

Within 6-9 Months:

  • You will become an expert on digital advertising for K-12 schools
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to help guide your forward strategic planning in supporting the team and driving digital sales outcomes
  • Develop weekly cadence with PM Sales Leaders for digital expansion and revenue save opportunities.
  • Create a Digital Revenue forecast funnel (with Lead Digital Strategist) for the PM K12 Team
  • You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization
  • You will be held accountable for driving value for our clients through sales calls

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google and Facebook preferred)
  • Experience with website analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics and Tag Manager)
  • A proven track record of sales success
  • Adept with Salesforce
  • A clear communicator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with the ability to support multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering results in individual or team based sales
  • Desire and passion to coach and teach others
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
  • Sales or Digital Training experience is a plus

Compensation

Our national target base salary range is $65,000, plus uncapped commission and participation in our Stock Option Program. The OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role will be $110,000.
