Summary: Responsible for managing customer quality concerns through 8D process, monitor quality issues in operations, other activities concerned with the quality assurance of production processes, and QA department.

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
