Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, presentations and setting appointments. We are a work glove company in the safety industry. You will be reaching out to clients in but not limited to: construction, oil gas, firefighting, warehousing, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company
- Identify and qualify strong leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound calling and sales prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to effectively market and sell safety products
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Technical sales knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Ability to identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth
