Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various office tasks, assist in the management of office and off site staff, and assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in the management of housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and office staff.
- Handle reservations team responsible for request and leads..
- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that leverage growth opportunities
- Assist in office management tasks to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Bring out the best in the team by providing training, coaching, development and motivation..
- Support in event planning and coordination.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the company.
- Meet with current and potential homeowners for retention and growth.
- Develop relationships with homeowners that build trust and confidence.
- Grow rental and homecare inventory monthly
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in managing schedules.
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures.
- Strong front desk handling skills for visitor management.
- Experience or interest in event planning activities.
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills for effective project coordination.
