Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide basic health-related services such as checking vital signs and assisting with medication reminders
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities
- Perform catheter care and other medical procedures as required
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and update patient records
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
- Follow HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide hospice care and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Experience working in nursing homes or similar healthcare settings
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical systems
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a compassionate manner
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and their families
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hospice care principles and practices
