Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
- Assist with household tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Engage clients in social activities and promote their independence

Experience:
- Experience in social work, dementia care, home care, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies
- First aid certification is a plus
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation needs
- Experience in memory care is beneficial
