Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily tasks to help improve their quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
