Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and resolve customer concerns, internally and externally, through inbound/outbound calls and e-mails
- Use data entry skills to document customer interactions and information consistently, accurately, and timely
- Assist customers with navigating online systems and answering questions
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience with customer service and phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills: Internet usage, Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
