Seeking a Sales professional to join our team in a rapidly growing industry.

Position Title: Account Executive - Maryland
Region/State: Montgomery / Frederick County
Reports to: Regional Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Starting Salary: $55,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Car Allowance: $200/month Fuel Reimbursement

The position will have the following responsibilities:

  • Visit Dispensaries daily
  • Secure merchandising placement
  • Educate buyers, budtenders & consumers about Airo products
  • Communicate and execute Airo’s promotions in market
  • Present new products
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Keep manager informed on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Other projects & duties as needed

Expectations and Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2 years experience in Consumer Goods Sales
  • Positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people
  • Self-motivator, team player, and enjoys challenges
  • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
  • Enjoys interacting with people, job is 100% visiting dispensaries, interacting with buyers, budtenders and consumers
  • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts
  • Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and presentation and organizational skills
  • Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in
  • Own a vehicle (position requires visiting dispensaries daily)
  • Willing to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
