Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Starting Salary: $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Site Manager for AIRO, your role is multifaceted and critical to ensuring the smooth onboarding and ongoing success of our production partners. You will conduct deployment and maintenance visits to partner locations across the country, focusing on product onboarding encompassing training and development across all company standard operating procedures, as well as implementing stringent quality check protocols. Your responsibilities extend to supporting operational workflows by maintaining regular communication with partners, managing inventory levels, providing equipment support, and ensuring ongoing adherence to standard operating procedures. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong partner relationships, facilitating new product deployments, and driving manufacturing process improvements in collaboration with internal and external teams. Your dedication to excellence and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving AIRO's success across all markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will perform a critical role at AIRO Brands focused on the following primary areas of responsibility, but are not limited to the following:

  • Facilitate ongoing discussions, with new state-licensed partners, including giving presentations to discuss expectations, product information, equipment, supply, capacity, state approval processes, launch milestones, and production and testing timelines.
  • Conduct onsite visits to partner locations for the purpose of product onboarding that encompasses training and development of the following:

○ homogenization procedures.

○ cartridge filling procedures using the Thompson and Duke fill machine.

○ capping and inversion procedures.

○ labeling and packaging procedures.

○ quality check protocols to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

○ inventory tracking, production build planning and testing recordkeeping.

  • Track and support ongoing operational workflows of production partners, including the following:

○ schedule and hold weekly or biweekly calls with Airo partners to facilitate ongoing communication to ensure a sound supply chain, optimal inventory levels, up-to-date testing records, and to identify and resolve any issues as they arise.

○ help manage inventory levels via production planning when allowed such input by the partner.

○ ongoing equipment support to troubleshoot problems to minimize quality issues and production delays.

○ ensure adherence to standard operating procedures over time by conducting and promoting in the partner rigorous quality checks for oil quality, hardware functionality and product presentation.

○ track site quality errors (mislabeling, leaking, crushed MP, wrong cart, etc.) and limit time to correction to appropriate timeframe.

○ track other partner metrics including out of stocks, inquiries, meeting attendance, and menu attainment.

○ work closely with the Supply Chain team to place orders, track, and resolve delayed orders, providing timely communication to partners.

○ conduct annual onsite check ups to maintain optimal partner relationships and assess operational adherence, quality, and compliance.

  • Facilitate deployment of new products into markets including menu expansion via new SKUs per sales plan agreed upon between company and partners.
  • Collaborate with accounting and partners to order and replace equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with accounting to track all company assets distributed to Airo’s production partners including all equipment returns.
  • Monitor and maintain partner satisfaction by addressing concerns, and helping out as needed.
  • Improve manufacturing processes and efficiencies by suggesting new equipment for Airo products to company partners.
  • Collaborate with the Research and Development team to meet operational requirements for Airo, specifically in the area of CBD/terpene filling.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Drivers license required.
  • College degree is preferred.
  • At least three years of cannabis experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer service mindset.
  • Task management and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, exhibiting integrity, respect, and authenticity.
  • Agile, driven, and self-motivated in a highly-dynamic industry.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel/drive/fly as needed (50% on average - three 3-day trips a month)
  • Knowledge and experience with Google suite of products.
