Job Title: Director of New Partnership Development
Reports To: VP Business Development & Affiliate Relations
FLSA Status: Salary-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Director of New Partnership Development to join our dynamic and driven team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new partnerships that will drive our company's growth and success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING*
  • Assist in the development of partnership strategy and execution. Focus on building relationships with potential partners and enhancing current partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new partnerships, understanding their needs, and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations, effectively communicating Viamedia’s value proposition and developing customized partnership proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners and drive ongoing success and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the media/advertising industry.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of building and maintaining successful partnerships, with a strong understanding of the partnership development process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects from conception to completion.
