Role Description:

As the Vice President of Sales at Cowtown Express Logistics, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving growth targets. You will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue and expand our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:
