Summary:
This position is central to optimizing client quoting, providing customer follow-ups timely, and triaging/ scheduling order/needs in a fast-paced environment. As the ultimate link between the vCIO and Service Delivery Teams, this person will be responsible for meeting client needs, based on quote tickets from various departments, to obtain complete client satisfaction. This person will be able to create, submit, and track quotes and statements of work quickly and
efficiently. They will be able to maintain the shipping and receiving of ordered items along with the scheduling and coordination of installation or next steps when items are received or delayed. 
A successful person in this position requires a strong aptitude to coordinate and prioritize efforts both internally with other team members as well as with outside vendors or service providers and clients. 
Qualifications Include:
  • Experience in quoting, shipping/receiving and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience 
  • Ability to analyze quotes from vendors to confirm accuracy and meet initial request for needs 
  • Comfortable working with and managing sales information on a computer 
  • An ability to deliver quotes and answer inquiries on time 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite 
  • Experience with ConnectWise and/or SELL is a plus, but not required 
  • History working as an IT technician or at an outsourced IT company is a plus, but not required 
  • A or Network certificate is a plus, but not required 
  • Familiarity with Office365 licensing is a plus, but not required 
  • Ability to work in the office Monday – Friday is required, for shipping and receiving of items 
A successful Support Specialist will be able to:
  • Work with our internal teams to meet client hardware and software needs 
  • Analyze and identify missing items from quotes and follow up with internal team or client 
  • Research & source enterprise hardware/software solutions based on client need from internal team 
  • Execute assigned quote requests in quoting system and communicate accordingly 
  • Shipping and receiving of all items (some heavy lifting required) 
  • Develop positive relationships with clients/vendors 
  • Participate in regular status meetings for clients to understand short/long-term quoting goals 
  • Maintain vendor relationships for software/hardware orders 
  • Maintain and actively expand product knowledge by studying existing/new products and client needs
