Job Summary: As a Peer Support Outreach Specialist (PSOS), you'll be the first bridge to hope for homeless and at-risk Transitional Age Youth (TAY) in Marin County. You'll collaborate with individuals, families, schools, and agencies, becoming a beacon of support as TAY clients transition from crisis to a place of growth. Your role will include providing peer counseling, coaching, and connecting clients to vital resources, including safe housing.
