Requirements

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Strong listening skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and multitasking
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Work onsite in our call center
  • Work one Saturday a month
  • Open to 10 AM- 7 PM shift

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and effectively manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by determining customer needs
  • Provide customer contact via phone and email.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
