Summary of Position:
We are looking for a determined and energetic Sales Development Representative to help us grow our IT solutions consulting business. If you are eager to be part of a winning team, Access Interactive is a great place to grow your career.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Generate lead sales - Proactively research organizations, industries, and individuals to uncover new opportunities. Develop 2-3 verticals to target (i.e., finance/law firms/commercial/healthcare, etc).
  • Qualify prospective targets against our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Discovery of opportunity.
  • Collaborate with our technical specialists to develop strategies and solutions for client.
  • Develop a fundamental knowledge of Access OEM partnerships and solutions they provide.
  • Use CRM tool for maintaining accurate client records and details of outreach, including follow-up and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly meeting goals.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Two years minimum previous experience in sales/lead generation
  • Motivated self-starter who displays a professional demeanor while speaking to a wide variety of customers
  • Someone who can think out of the box in researching and contacting new prospects
  • High customer empathy and ability to handle objections
  • Willingness to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; heightened interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Successful work history of working unsupervised
