For over 40 years, Allergy & Asthma Affiliates has been serving East Tennessee by providing allergy, asthma, and immunology related patient care for all ages while specializing in pediatrics. As a stable and growing practice, our goal has always been and will remain to deliver high-quality medical services for each of our patients with a focus on education and self-assessment. With our compassionate, highly skilled physicians and our warm and caring staff, we have an excellent rapport with our patients and referring physicians.

Opportunity
As our practice continues to grow, we are in need of a personable and conscientious Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for full-time service. The nurse practitioner has and will continue to serve an important role in our practice and allows us to appropriately care for our patients. The qualified candidate will have an understanding of developing and nurturing meaningful patient relationships while providing a high level of patient care. In addition, strong communication skills and a team-oriented demeanor are required.
The primary role of the candidate will involve working independently and interdependently with our physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage allergy, asthma, and immunologic diseases for both new and established patients while providing educational support. To facilitate these responsibilities, we will provide all initial and ongoing specialty-specific training and instruction. We also provide an excellent benefits package including 401k, health insurance, FSA or HSA, vacation and sick leave, CME leave and budget, and malpractice insurance.
