We're looking for great people. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about patient care and who maintain a positive attitude and mindset each and every day. As an Office Nurse in our practice, you will provide care for patients of all ages, while we specialize in pediatrics, you will provide care for patients of all ages for a wide range of clinical duties with all specialty-specific training provided. Schedule: Based on your specific available day(s) or PRN each month; 8 hr and 4hr shifts available
Location: Knoxville or Powell.

Qualifications
- MA, CMA, LPN, RN or equivalent experience.
- Excellent people skills with great eye contact.
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication with a clear and pleasant voice.
- Neat, well-groomed, professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and creates a positive patient experience with each patient and their family.
- Conducts patients assessments and triage including vitals and medical histories.
- Rooms and prepares patients for procedures while maintaining neat and clean clinical areas.
- Performs diagnostic procedures (skin testing, spirometry, etc.) and basic lab tests (CLIA waived).
- Administers diagnostic and therapeutic medications, injections and immunizations as directed by providers.
- Provides patient education, instruction and support regarding treatment plans.
- Coordinates patient referrals, lab orders, prior authorizations and pre-certifications.
- Triages nurse calls and calls in prescriptions.
- Enters, scans and updates clinical documentation (EMR) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains and stocks medical supply inventory and equipment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
