New Hope Village is Hiring a Recruitment Coordinator Near Carroll, IA

As New Hope’s Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face recruiting New Hope team members, welcoming them onboard and assisting them as they begin their employment journey with our organization. This position plays a vital role in New Hope’s success and New Hope is currently seeking the right candidate to fill this position.
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in new employee recruitment, posting position vacancies, schedule and attend job fairs, work through the pre-employment process with new employees, assist with employee retention and participate in other human resource projects and duties as necessary.
Applicants must have an associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two years of related experience required; three years of human resources experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under New Hope’s automobile insurance.
Applicants should have strong interviewing skills, be able to relate well with clients, employees and the public, overall good communication skills, be organized and able to meet deadlines, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
