About Us :

The ADI Division of VIP Distributing is a General Motors and Ford Accessories distributor in the Midwest, servicing over 200 Chevy, GMC, Buick, Cadillac and Ford Dealers exclusively with locations in Bloomington Illinois, St Louis and Springfield Missouri.

This particular position is at our St.

Louis, Missouri location, and pay starts at $18.00 / hour based on experience.

The management team is very hands-on.

• Receives and reads customer orders to identify item(s) to be pulled and their location codes.
• Pull, count and distribute products from warehouse bin locations to the production floor or packs and ships to fill customer orders.
• Enters appropriate information into computer systems to ensure correct inventory counts.
• Lift cartons up to 75 lbs on and off skids
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to utilizing all harness equipment, the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out-tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
• Organize schedule of deliveries
• Drives delivery vehicles ranging from pick-up trucks to 18’ box trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery vehicles
• Perform Safe pick up and deliveries
• Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.

Required Skills / Qualifications :

• Valid Class E Driver’s License & good driving record
• Be able to pass / obtain DOT Medical Card if you don't have one
• Ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude
• Motivated
• Basic oral and written communication
• Lift cartons / objects up to 75 lbs
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
