From our humble beginning as "vehicle improvement products" in a 2-bedroom house, we’ve grown fifty-fold and expanded our services. Now we're using our restyling expertise to transform vehicles from dozens of dealerships and thousands of drivers every year.

We are looking for a new member to join our Commercial upfit/install team. In this position you will play an important role in the van and truck installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Install van and truck equipment including but not limited to: shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, bumpers, work bodies, lights and electrical accessories.
• Install equipment according to directions
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
• Work with the installation team to meet job deadlines
• Understand VIP’s product line
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to follow written directions
• Ability to meet a deadline
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
