This on-site position is located in Long Island, NY at one of our biggest buildings.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

• Processing of co-op/condo sale, sublease, sublease renewals, refinance, and title transfer applications
• Familiar with the review of estate, trust, and foreclosure documents
• Coordinate & schedule applicant interviews with Board 
• Knowledge of Board Packager preferred
• Complete questionnaires and handle requests for building documents
• Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel a MUST
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
• Preparation of Closing documents
• Strong oral & written skills a MUST - to communicate with Board, brokers, attorneys, and lenders.
• Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Notary license preferred
