Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients and guests courteously

Manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately

Ensure cleanliness and organization of facilities, including making coffee and emptying the dishwasher

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including event logistics and RSVPs

Update and maintain CRM system with accurate information

Handle office supply inventory and ordering, as well as management of office equipment

Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee routine bill payments

Distribute incoming mail daily

Prepare and submit monthly expense reports

Set up conference rooms for meetings, providing refreshments and technical support as needed

Collaborate with other administrative assistants to cover various departments as required

Provide training to others as necessary

Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned
