Job Summary: The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for providing operational and customer support for all digital banking and treasury management products and services. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and problem-solving skills are required to provide quality service. Products and services supported include but are not limited to retail and business online banking, mobile banking, online bill pay, ACH, online wire origination, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and lockbox services.
Listing of Key Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality support for all treasury management products and services, ACH originations, remote deposit capture, online wire transfers, positive pay, lockbox, bill pay and numerous treasury systems and functions
- Ensures successful onboarding and implementation of treasury management products and services
- Collaborates with lending and retail staff to provide treasury solutions for business customers and assists with pricing
- Processes requests for adding new business customers to the treasury systems as well as performs maintenance and modifications for existing customers utilizing the various treasury products and services
- Communicates and troubleshoots system issues for business customers
- Performs daily system reviews to confirm all customer updates and modifications are done accurately
- Communicates with customers and internal personnel with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education Required: HS Degree or equivalent required;bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or financial services with a focus in Treasury or Cash Management sales or support is required
Knowledge and Skills Required: The incumbent is expected to have a thorough knowledge of treasury services / cash management products; solid analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written, oral, interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and respond to sales opportunities; reliable, organized, and detail focused; able to work independently with minimal supervision; proficient computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Treasury Professional Certification is a plus; knowledge of Jack Henry systems such as Silverlake is a plus
