Title : AR Collections Specialist (Manufacturing)
Location : Westerville, OH 43082 (Hybrid After Training Is Available)
Duration : Possible Contract to Permanent
Training Location : 3-4 weeks onsite training in Mansfield, OH
COLLECTIONS
- Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify and contact customers with overdue payments.
- Investigate reasons for overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Prepare reports on collection activities.
- Work with other departments to resolve billing disputes.
- Escalate cases to management as needed.
- Recommendation on Account to be place on hold.
- Manage completion of RMA and MCA request.
- Managing Portal based customer (checking status of invoices and uploading of invoices)
- Providing customer service attending customer’s request (SOA and Invoice Copies)
