Schedule : 7 : 30 AM start time then depending on if they take a lunch leave at 3 : 30 or 4 : 00 PM

They need dedicated and detail-oriented Print Shop Finishing Specialist for a 3-year contract role in our Urbandale, IA office.

This role is 100% onsite, requiring a strong commitment to maintaining high quality and speed in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Perform offline finishing tasks for a print shop, ensuring high-quality output.
• Paper cutting
• Book tabbing
• Wire-bound book making
• Industrial folding
• Manual mailings
• Ensure all finishing processes meet the company s quality standards.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Utilize provided technology and systems effectively to complete tasks.

Minimum Qualifications :

Experience : Proven experience in a print shop or similar environment, focusing on offline finishing tasks.

Skills :

• Ability to operate print shop equipment such as paper cutters, tabbing machines, wire binding machines, industrial folders, etc.
• Basic computer skills to operate company-provided laptop and software.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a high-volume print shop environment.
• Familiarity with workflow management and productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with print shop equipment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
