Alpha Consulting is Hiring a Remote Remote Job - Due Diligence Associate/Document Reviewer

Job Position: Due Diligence AssociateJob location: Remote(1st week of training will only be onsite in West Des Moines, IA)Job Duration: 4 Months on W2Direct Client: Wells FargoOpenings: 22Notes From Hiring ManagerEngage with clients directly or indirectly through relationship managers to support meeting policies or regulatory requirements and focus on client satisfaction. Conduct comprehensive research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, entities, organizations or locations to identify and mitigate risks through documenting findings. Review basic issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to lower risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact. Run periodic due diligence reporting supporting processes reflective of the current business environment. Gather and input data utilizing resources to identify documentation required to meet policy or regulatory requirements. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Day To Day Operations
  • What are the main activities this resource will be performing daily? Review documentation from customers and evaluate whether acceptable based on written guidance. Update system of record accurately Respond with applicable information needed for escalation resolution.

  • How is this candidate going to be utilized in this project? Reviewing documentation provided by customers that must be accurate and then update the system of record. Customers who do not comply timely will have their accounts closed.
  • What pain points will this candidate solve? Very large volume of documentation to review and then update customer profiles accordingly in a short period of time.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in Due Diligence, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • CIP Policy Knowledge/experience
  • Experience in workflow tools
  • SVP experience preferred
