Summary

The project Management Manager manages and oversees all project management initiatives with third parties under the direction of the Senior Management of Operations. This position plans, organizes, executes process improvements, and directs resources to achieve organization objectives and ensures projects run smoothly through completion while effectively leading organizational process changes. This position will also ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 

Specific Job Functions

• Manages a broad, complex portfolio of projects as well as overall business programs that contain multiple projects that require high levels of functional integration and change management.
• Partners with project owners and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive project plans (scope and timeline) while continually improving the efficiency of the Project Management Department. 
• Compiles data to report project status, risk, issues and action items, portfolio, or program information to all levels of the company; as well as both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to external resources.
• Works multiple roles with different departments throughout the project life cycle including development.
• Extensive interaction with internal customers and senior business leadership
• Responsible for mentoring and developing the team members within the Project Management Office department as it grows. 
• Performs extensive interaction with vendors and senior business leadership to perform the mapping process and lead integration efforts during the mergers or implementation of new products and services.
• Develops program management standards for multiple areas within the department. 
• Responsible for all or multiple aspects of the Project Management Office functions for a particular portfolio.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings with project team members. 
• Keeps stakeholders and management informed of the project status with comprehensive reporting.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business management or related field is required.
• Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of (7) seven years of related project management experience is required.
• A minimum of (1) one year of leadership role preferred.
• Demonstrates expert understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience with Finastra products and services, specifically Phoenix Core, is preferred.
• Six Sigma experience is preferred.
• Experience with Zoho projects is preferred.
• Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients. 
• Experienced in computer skills and Microsoft Suite.
