Job duties: This is a clerical position involving typing, transcribing, filing, receptionist duties, and other assigned tasks requiring skilled operation of computer and office equipment. May perform duties independently or as part of a team. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and ability to manage a wide range of unexpected and frequent disruptions, while maintaining a pleasant disposition in serving the public. Incumbent will perform office and administrative duties under the direction of the Chief Court Services Officer and/or Court Administrator.Required education and experience: Graduation from high school. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of the court system or legal experience is preferred. Employees must interact well with the public, including both written and verbal communication skills. Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word.
