This role
KGA supports our client organizations by providing a dedicated account manager. This role is responsible to maintain and evolve account relationships with the goal of long-term client retention. Day to day responsibilities will include:

At a minimum, candidates will have 3-5 years of strong relationship management experience. This position reports to the Director, Client Solutions. This position can be done remotely but will require occasional travel to clients based throughout New England.
