This role

KGA supports our client organizations by providing a dedicated account manager. This role is responsible to maintain and evolve account relationships with the goal of long-term client retention. Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with account partners as needed to review program utilization, communication planning and execution, understanding and responding to needs from within the organization, and facilitating the delivery of other KGA services into client organizations
  • Presenting KGA employee overviews to varied client audiences to increase awareness of our offerings
  • Anticipate and respond to client requests for help leveraging KGA resources, investigate complaints, provide promotional materials and contractual documents
  • Analyze client Engagement Reports to identify trends and opportunities for program promotion.
  • Assessing KGA’s relationship with client organizations and adjusting account support for best outcomes
  • Assembling action plans to retain clients identified as at risk due to low utilization, challenging client relationships, etc.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Solutions for strategic planning and problem solving in relation to any of the above responsibilities
  • Work with KGA’s leadership to manage account renewals

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Strong relationship building and management skills/experience across all levels of a client organization
  • Organization skills – ability to manage a diverse book of business clients and multiple priorities
  • Presentation skills – proficiency in speaking to senior leadership and employee groups, both live and on virtual platforms
  • Customer service orientation – ability to anticipate client needs and respond quickly
  • Team orientation – bring a collaborative approach to a strong team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR/benefits functions and their challenges
  • Familiarity and comfort with contracts
  • Integrity – ability to clarify the “right thing” to do for KGA and our clients
  • Problem solving – Listening closely to client needs and present solutions. Thinking outside the box for unique solutions that increasingly become more sophisticated over time

At a minimum, candidates will have 3-5 years of strong relationship management experience. This position reports to the Director, Client Solutions. This position can be done remotely but will require occasional travel to clients based throughout New England.
