Central City Integrated Health is Hiring a Director of Development Near Detroit, MI
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Five to seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible in non-profit fundraising experience required; to include experience in major gifts, corporate and foundation giving.
- Proven track record of securing leadership-level gifts and developing and executing a successful fundraising program in coordinating all aspects of special events required.
- Proficient with sponsorship solicitation.
- Proficient with MS Office applications and CRMs.
- Experience in board relations highly preferred.
- Experience digital fundraising is also preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful donor initiatives.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License required; demonstrated ability to adhere to State of Michigan driving laws, evidenced by maintaining an insurable driving record in accordance with CCH commercial auto insurance carrier required.
