EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of project management experience required; experience with healthcare analysis and reporting preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and/or managed care principles, computer systems, and claims databases.
- Analysis of root cause identification and problem solving using continuous quality improvement tools.
- Demonstrated competency planning and preparing reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEAN or Six Sigma highly preferred.
- Prior experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), HRSA and public/community health agencies preferred.
