EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required; bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Valid State of Michigan Registered Nurse licensure required.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent nursing experience in a community-based setting (FQHC or Integrated Care) preferred.
- Experience working with members exhibiting severe and persistent mental illness; must be comfortable with community outreach.
