Responsibilities :
- Account Representative - is responsible for implementing sales strategies in their assigned territory to increase Sanimax's customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Key duties include procuring used cooking oil, selling grease trap cleaning services, and maintaining and growing the customer base within the region.
- The role involves cold calling on potential customers, signing customers up on service agreements, and resigning current customers.
- Supports strategies for defending and extending market presence by collecting market data and monitoring competitors,
- Ensures excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and soliciting feedback for improvement.
- Sales reps act as CEO’s of their territories, schedule and perform prospecting as they see fit to meet the quarterly expectations
Requirements :
- Previous Account Management and / or customer service experience
- Ability or experience driving a flatbed truck and holding a Fed Med card.
