Position Summary

Eleven is seeking a flexible, organized Global Reservations Sales Manager to oversee various critical administrative functions, represent the company to outside clients and partners, generate revenue through lead distribution and the confirmation of reservations, and provide general organization and assistance for the sales and reservations department. This position will provide strong communication and brand representation, create quotes and confirm bookings, and manage sales systems. This position requires 3 years sales or customer-facing experience in business-to-consumer and/or customer service environment, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience operating with Salesforce and Opera. This full time, year round, benefited position starts at $50,000 - $60,000 USD annually plus an incentive plan to earn up to 20% of base, depending on experience and qualifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Position Purpose

  • To oversee various critical administrative functions, represent the company to outside clients and partners via email and phone, generate revenue through lead distribution and the confirmation of reservations, and provide general organization and assistance with regards to the sales and reservations department.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Provide strong communication and brand representation with prospects, industry contacts and clients via phone and email. Some in-person meetings with clients may also be required.

  • Provide quotes and confirm bookings for specific catered, by-the-room products including Bahama House and Scarp Ridge Lodge Summer reservations.

Manage client communications during office hours and weekends.

  • Ensure majority of phone calls speak to a person on first attempt.

  • Ensure timely return of missed calls and voicemails.

  • Log calls, leads and/or opportunities into Salesforce and assign relevant tasks to team members.

  • Create and finalize reservations.
    • Lead reservation distribution process, from Salesforce input to assigning leads and trips.

    • Manage the following reservations:
      • Agent/partner comp requests.

      • FAM trip reservations.

      • Employee discounted stays.

      • Online bookings via OBEs in partnership with the Business Systems Team.

  • Lead the Online Booking Engine / ORS audit.

  • Support the successful completion of various administrative functions with oversight from the Senior Sales & Reservations Manager.

  • Perform general organization and upkeep of sales team systems, processes, tools, and resources.

  • Post Wire Transfers and additional accounting support, as directed.

  • Provide assistance with reconciliation of both internal and external commissions.

  • Provide support for processing both Operations and Marketing comps.

  • Train new employees.

  • Support the Sales Managers with account oversight and assistance as directed.

  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 years sales or customer-facing experience in business-to-consumer and/or customer service environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

Special Position Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedule and hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Finance and/or accounting experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Office.

  • Positive and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as an individual and team member.

  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation skills) with great attention to detail.

  • Ability to be process-orientated, systems-thinker who is resourceful, efficient, hardworking, dedicated and organized.

  • A passion for travel and the outdoors.

Preferences

  • Experience with Salesforce and Opera.

Work Requirements

  • Anticipated schedule Wednesday through Sunday. Shifts will fall between 7am - 9pm Mountain Time. Expected afternoon/evenings on weekdays and days on weekends.

  • Valid passport and ability to travel to domestic and international locations: Up to 10%
