Position Summary

Eleven is seeking a personable and team oriented Wellness Therapist to provide wellness treatments, classes, and activities for Eleven guests at Scarp Ridge Lodge, Sopris House, Taylor River Lodge, and the Movie Cabin located in and around Crested Butte and Almont, CO. This role will embody the Eleven standard by exceeding guest expectations in all areas of the service, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and safety for guests while remaining professional. This position requires certification, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid drivers’ license. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player and interact positively with high-expectation clients, as well as quickly learn to effectively operate software systems. This is a part time, seasonal position starting at $100 - $222 per wellness treatment, depending on the treatment type. The Summer season runs May through October.

Position Purpose

• The Wellness Therapist will provide wellness treatments, classes, and activities for Eleven guests at Scarp Ridge Lodge, Sopris House, Taylor River Lodge and the Movie Cabin.

• This position will embody the Eleven standard by exceeding guest expectations in all areas of service.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Provide high quality, professional, therapeutic massage therapy treatments to Eleven guests.

• Lead open movement classes like yoga, HIIT, and Pilates according to qualifications and certification.

• Provide high-end spa services and anticipatory services to guests.

• Ensure comfort, satisfaction, and safety for our guests while remaining professional.

• Effectively operate all scheduling software platforms and communication systems.

• Help maintain the cleanliness, presentation and environment of the spa facilities.

• Assist the housekeeping team when necessary at spa facilities and with associated linens.

• Help manage back of the house spa inventory through tracking, organization, ordering and restocking.

• Actively participate in ongoing training of the evolving wellness program.

• Thoroughly and professionally communicate with all team members in person, by email, text and/or telephone.

• Embrace all Eleven standards and values both within the workplace as well as in the community.

• Educate staff who interface with Eleven guests about the extent and benefits of the Eleven Wellness offerings.

• Operate and fully understand in-house technology systems such as Crestron, Lutron, AppleTV, etc. and embrace new technologies when necessary.

• Proactively communicate and help implement necessary changes and updates that need to be made to SOPs, inventory lists, daily duties, etc.

Qualifications

• Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist

• CPR/First Aid certified.

• Valid Driver’s license.

Special Position Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Preferences

• 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification.

• Ability to guide movement classes and Eleven Life activities (yoga, meditation, Pilates, mindfulness hikes, sensory walks, etc.).

• Professional and personal presentation.

• Ability to interact effectively with high-expectation clients.

• Previous experience in hospitality/guest-facing environments.

• Willingness to work specifically to meet guest needs – early mornings, late evenings and weekends if need be.

Work Requirements

• Ability to travel to Eleven Colorado locations as needed. (100% of travel)

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

• Work two, 3-hour scheduled shifts a week; one at TRL, one at SRL/SOP.

• Available for a minimum of four (4) treatments per week.

• Attend pre-season Hospitality and Wellness trainings and partake in training sessions throughout the season as directed.
