Role Summary/Purpose:
The Client Oversight Program Sr Process Execution Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of key activities across the client lifecycle through collaboration with business leads, client teams and cross functional teams for all Client bands specifically focused on fragmented merchant space and smaller individual locations, as well as managing a team.. This individual will interface with all levels and across various teams within the organization.
The successful candidate for this role is a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to manage through influence, and prior experience managing cross-functional initiatives. This role will have a high level of visibility across and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business wide strategic imperatives as defined within the parameters of the client oversight program
Understand and communicate activity results, escalations, and enhancements
Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships and provide critical communication to key leaders and stakeholders
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure identified Key Control Activities for risk statements are executed in accordance with program operational definitions
Lead the ongoing review, analysis and reporting processes required to effectively evaluate and communicate client oversight trends and performance results to key process stakeholders
Partner with business IT and Data analytic resources to develop, build and maintain the dashboards and metrics required for administration of the Client Oversight Program
Perform the functions of Client Oversight Program Activity Leader for the fragmented merchant space and smaller individual locations
Responsible for the management, coaching and development of the Client Oversight Activity Leaders
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years financial services experience Client Development, Sales or Governance Role
Minimum 5 years demonstrated analytic and business presentation/influencing skills in a large client focused organization
5 years of successfully leading cross functional projects/teams
3 years demonstrated experience delivering both verbal and written performance results to senior leaders and clients
3 years' experience in administering client specific governance controls and processes
Minimum 1 year of financial services experience in a Governance/Risk related role
Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) across all levels of the business
Proven ability to pivot and adapt in an ever changing fast paced environment
Proven ability to think beyond the end-result and embrace the process to reach the best outcome

The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
